The Wall Street DOW index is not the end all / be all economic data points but it certainly is one that gets a lot of press and does show a decent idea of what investors are thinking will happen in the near future. While much has been also said that with the Fed keeping rates artificially low (so investors have had no better “liquid” place to go), you have to go “wow” (or at least raise an eyebrow) at what the Trump Administration may accomplish:
