Talk about foreign influence on American elections

by

And the Democrats here in NH are all up in arms about NH SecState Gardner asked to serve in President Trump’s task force on voter fraud?  What are they, and national Democrats, scared of? Emphasis mine, reformatted:

A new report released shortly after the forming of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity finds that more than 5,000 individuals were determined to be non-U.S. citizens registered to vote in Virginia.

Dubbed a “sequel” to a similar 2016 effort, the latest study found 5,556 voters were “quietly removed” from the records for reasons related to non-citizenship “between 2011 and May 2017,” according to an advanced look at the findings provided by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). Of the total registered, one-third of unlawful voters managed to cast ballots—leading to a total of more than 7,400 illegal votes cast, according to the report.

Worst part?

The organization points out that it was unable to find any evidence that illegal registrations or votes were ever prosecuted.

If a tree falls in the woods and nobody…oh, sorry, wrong words.  If an illegal alien votes illegally but nobody prosecutes, did a crime actually occur? Sure it did – but it seems that for ideological reasons, no one cared that could do something about it.  So much for that “Rule of Law”, eh?

In the absence of regular data-sharing arrangements between federal officials and the Commonwealth, the ability of election officials to identify aliens on the voter rolls is almost nonexistent. The most that happens in Virginia is that an alien on the voter rolls will sometimes tell the state DMV they are not a citizen. Without those leads, counties and municipalities must accept false claims of citizenship on their face.

So there is REAL foreign influence in which, unlike what Democrats keep crying about the Russians but have produced BUPKIS for evidence in the Prez race (and the Democrats with bylines keep amplifying with mere innuendo, “anonymous sources”, “former officials”, and other non-corroborable sources. Hmmm, will Gardner ante up his secret database stash of similar info?  Or is it going to quietly be removed?

Continuing on with this story from Virginia:

PILF originally asked in 2016 for election records demonstrating registrants removed from the voter rolls for citizenship defects. Under federal law, all list maintenance records are subject to public inspection. You would have thought election officials would be transparent and keen to comply with federal disclosure laws. You would be wrong: it took three separate federal lawsuits — against Alexandria City, Manassas City, and Chesterfield County — filed by PILF to finally obtain the information.

Along the way, other election officials in internal email discussions obtained by PILF contemplated altering list maintenance records to conceal the extent of cancellations for citizenship status.

Without robust citizenship-verification procedures at the front end, downstream failures occur in election administration. States like Virginia that utilize no means to verify citizenship at registration find themselves cancelling valid registrations occasionally if Lindberg’s story is to be believed.

Neither cancelling valid citizens nor registering aliens is good government. Yet the PILF report demonstrates that hundreds of foreigners ended up on Virginia voter rolls even after telling Virginia election officials they were aliens on their voter registration form.

Oh, that absolute denial by Democrats that nothing is wrong?

As day follows night, the people most obsessed with Russian influence in American elections will excuse away the behavior uncovered in the PILF report. Here are some voter fraud axioms:

— The more in a froth you are about Russia and Trump, the less you care about alien registration and voting.

— The more you believe foreigners in Russia handed Trump the White House, the less you worry about foreigners like Xio, Bae, Cazon, and thousands of others participating in our election system.

Smoke and mirrors, meat actual fire.  And what we see here in NH through investigation after investigation by CNHT officials and volunteers state-wide, they see in Virginia.  Let me end here with the beginning of the PILF report:

One Third of Noncitizens Found Voted Illegally

(ALEXANDRIA, VA.) – May 30, 2017: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) today released Alien Invasion II, a sequel to the original Alien Invasion alien voting report originally circulated in 2016.

After three lawsuits, scores of record requests, and reviews voter history files across 133 Virginia jurisdictions, the Public Interest Legal Foundation has uncovered the following:

  • Virginia election officials quietly removed 5,556 voters for non-citizenship between 2011 and May 2017;
  • 1,852 of those removed as noncitizens cast ballots;
  • A total of 7,474 illegal ballots were cast from the pool of removed noncitizens;
  • Some records of illegal voting date back to the 1980s before their respective removals;
  • Virginia election officials routinely fail to alert law enforcement about these illegal votes or registrations.

“At the instruction of Governor McAuliffe’s political appointees, local election officials spent countless resources to prevent this information from spilling into the open,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. “Virginia hid critical information that would have improved election integrity while a political operative-turned-governor vetoed numerous proposals that would’ve prevented alien registration and voting. From NoVa to Norfolk and all urban and rural points in between, alien voters are casting ballots with practically no legal consequences in response.

“In this election year, aliens must not cast illegal ballots, and if they do they must be prosecuted. Let’s pray that Gov. McAuliffe’s veto pen did not invite a close election tainted by fraud,” Adams added.
