Christina Hoff-Sommers, “the factual feminist” has a good question:
“If, for the same work, women only make 77 cents for every dollar a man makes, why don’t businesses hire only women?”
In fact, a feminist organization’s own research found that the wage gap is 6.6 cents when factoring in these choices that men and women make. These are choices such as college major, specialties, hours worked, and location.
