Trump started it, it looks like the Republicans are following Trump’s lead by using the CRA (Congressional Review Act that allows them to delete bureaucratic regulations (with caveats)). Let’s see if they:
- Pass the REINS Act
- Repeal the 1946 Administrative Procedure Act in which Congress ceded much of its power to the Executive Branch.
Frankly, I’d pass on the first if Congress would actually do their job.
