Do the Democrats really mean what they say about “equality”, or is it really always Animal Farm?

by

George Orwell’s Animal Farm:

all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others

From another NY Post piece by Stephen Moore (who is an economic advisor to Donald Trump) talking about Hillary’s economic plan:

Under her plan, the federal income-tax rate would rise to above 45 percent, and the death tax would go to 65 percent for the very rich. Capital-gains taxes would nearly double.

ppne TAXPAYER SHAKEDOWNSo, here in the Land of the Free (sigh…), now add in State, county, and local taxes.  If you live in a high cost / high tax State, that 45% could be padded with 8 to just under 14% income tax.  Now add local and county property taxes – let’s call it 5% for round numbers (and that’s not adding in other taxes by all 4 of our typical levels of government).  Now answer the question, and ask it irrespective of your political ideology:

When government is taking up to 60% of your income, is Government serving you or has it made you a tax slave?

Democrats are perfectly fine with this situation – they DO believe that all money belongs to them (besides, the “rich” fall into the Progressive tell of “you don’t need that”).  Those of us that still hold to that obscure, perhaps now quaint, notion that Government is supposed to protect the Right to Private Property among our other Liberties, and that money certainly IS private property, believe that we have gone over the precipice as those that should be our public servants are becoming our Public Masters.  Our forefathers started a revolution over less.  NH Constitution Article 10.

Back to that Animal Farm quote – does this proposal by Hillary make it clear that some “animals” are just to be used?
