On August 30th at 12:00NOON THE CONCERNED VETERANS FOR AMERICA WILL HOST A FORUM ON REAL HEALTH CARE CHOICE FOR VETERANS.

On Tuesday afternoon, August 30th @ 12NN Concerned Veterans for America will host the “Fixing Veterans Health Care; Studying Real Choice for Veterans” luncheon and forum with Jay Redmen and Dan Caldwell from CVA as they analyze, advocate and call for real reforms from Congress for veterans. Veterans face terrible practices in getting health care from the VA system and a closer look into Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers discussion bill, Caring for Our Heroes in the 21st Century will be examined.

A common theme throughout CVA’s town halls across the country include veterans’ being denied approval to see a local non-VA doctor, even when the closest VA facility was unable to provide the services those veterans needed. While many veterans have accessed the so-called “Choice Cards,” the implementation of the program by the VA has made it nearly impossible for most of them to see an outside doctor. We must do better!

WILL YOU BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION?

WHEN: Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (EDT)

WHERE: Southern New Hampshire University – 2500 North River Road SNHU Dining Hall Banquet Facility, Hooksett, NH 03106
