Yeah, that pic to the left (pun intended) just wasn’t enough for Kasich to prove his bona fides as a “Conservative” Republican. Nor his earlier statement that he fits in comfortably in between Bernie and Hillary policy wise. Ayup, a great way to motivate the base to vote for him like saying “Vote for me – I’m pushing the Democrat agenda into action – and you WILL like it. After all, if I can’t beat’em, join em”. And so it seems he is:
“See, I am a fundamental believer in ideas,” Kasich said. “If you don’t have ideas, you got nothing. And frankly, my Republican Party doesn’t like ideas. They want to be negative against things.”
A patently stupid statement – the Republicans do have ideas but they just happen to be the total opposite of what the Democrats (and the media that are the sycophants and byline operatives of the Dems) believe in and want. So nice to see that smackdown from a guy who believes, with that statement, is entitled to my vote? Thanks, but no thanks.
