ISP Speeds and the Free Market

(and kill the Commies).  Bernie is certainly is someone that doesn’t trust the free market and the freedom it brings (note: his disparaging remark of having the ability to choose from among 23 types of deoderants).  At this point, it should be clear that Progressives / incremental Socialists / Commies NEVER trust the markets – they have the hubris to believe that they know what is best for (in this country) for 320 million people who have their own interests.  But that doesn’t seem to matter; they KNOW they are right and that they can “FIX it”.

One thing about Socialists is that they are incapable of learning from history.

I’m quite sure that Bernie saw the long lines in Russia for the ordinary Alexi had to endure and the empty shelves in their State run stores.  I remember reading about stores having lots of right foot shoes but no left ones.

And all one has to do is go bring up some images / stories of how Venezuela is doing right now (hint: they are now calling the entire country a “humanitarian aid” disaster. But these folks like Bernie refuse to look, KNOWING that they are the ones that will finally get it right.

And they won’t.  They can’t.  If you were to look at Sweden, Bernie’s shining example, you would see that if it were a State, it would be not much higher in living standards than Mississippi – and Bernie wants, with his “political revolution”, to bring that here to all of us.

Even as Sweden is now moving back to a more free and vibrant economy.  And also, with its immigration policy in a shambles and the “walls” going up, the Swedish people (the country from which my grandparents immigrated), they are beginning to wonder about the “beneficense” of Government and its ability to completely order a society.  Certainly its Muslim immigrants don’t share the typical Swedish values and now the natives are seeing their Government is increasingly unable to do its basic function – keeping civic order.  (H/T: Progressives Today)
