Actually, we may see for the first time, a candidate’s “halfway pregnant”; below is the official statement from Dr. Ben Carson that Mike alluded to here. The problem is that while he will not be in tomorrow night’s GOP debate and says that he can’t win, he HASN’T formally “suspended” his campaign. So the resulting questions are “what the heck? Trying to be both in AND out at the same time?”
