Said mostly about sports but still in politics too. This is just out – the Bloomberg Politics / Des Moines Register poll. I hadn’t taken much notice of this in previous races but I am seeing, not that this “breaking news” is out, it is rather spot on the majority of the time. Sure, it missed Santorum last cycle but from what I am seeing, it is generally a good indicator and it fits with the string of polls during this last few weeks:
That said, there is a reason why they “play the game” – the campaigning, the meet and greets, the frantic travel and rubber chickens; one never knows what the ending is until the Fat Lady sings.
