I just shook my head in disbelief at what Jeb Bush said about his current polling position:
“I feel much better back here” in fifth place polling single digits than I did as frontrunner
Think about that hard. He LIKES being in the pack and not leading the pack? You know, EVERY competitive person I have EVER met hated being ANYWHERE on any list other than in first place. Seriously, if that’s his happy place, let him stay there (in fact, help him stay in that “safe space”). If he’s content to be merely “middle of the road”, well, perhaps it is Lazy-Boy time for this scion.
Seriously, what person that is serious about gaining the most prestigious and most powerful position in the world says “I like fifth”. But then again, he did say:
