You cannot accuse someone of committing a microaggression without first having a point of reference from which to base it. That point of reference sets a standard defined by a person or group in contrast to all others making it a prejudice. Acts of prejudice are by definition microaggressions. You,therefore, cannot accuse someone of committing a microaggression without committing one yourself.
