Can we ever make it back to a time where the Constitution is not just given lip service but actually followed in every jot and tittle? To think that the Senate would ever cede its power and responsibility in such a way.
If alive, well, maybe the Founders would really be happy that they included one of those Amendments in the Bill of Rights…
