This image from Big Government. I almost don’t have to say a word, do I? Just a little handful standing to show respect. And make no mistake, it is totally about respect.
Or the lack thereof. I can understand if technical crews are working during it – I’ve had to adjust and calibrate stuff when livestreaming at an event during our National Anthem, but print journalists? Before the event gets wound up?
Like the Democrats with bylines they are, this illustrates the tremendous divide between a lot of us and them. At almost every event I go to, everyone that can, stands. No, not as part of a cultish “America over everyone else screw you” as many on the Left would claim as they call folks like us nationalists as a slur. Seems patriotism has come to have the same nuance to them as well with their outlook being “how can you love a country that is so bad now and after those old white men were so disgusting (those evil Founding Fathers)”? I’d tell them to about the beam & mote but they’d never get the reference (yet another huge chasm between those secular humanists and those of faith).
No, they are so intent on seeing everything negative, they can’t see the positive. Me? Sure, we got faults – some of them big one. But I also know that quite a few are just media gen’d and spotlighted and a lot of the good stuff is just ignored.
Again, the character of a man can be determined when no one is looking. They didn’t think they were being watched.
Here’s an another example – are they doing this for either Hillary or Bernie?
