I like this far better than #BlackLivesMatter -> #HisLifeMatters. Not a group, but my buddy standing next to me. No color, no discrimination – just “my friend”. My co-worker. My acquaintance. My relative. My Wife (ok, #HerLifeMatters), My kid, My Family member. My fellow Grokster. My Reader…..
Personal. Not a class of people that I would never know personally. An Individual. Not a group of people whose size is way to big for me to ever know.
The ones I care about. For you see, I don’t HAVE to care about everyone – that’s impossible. But caring about those around me, I can do that rightly. And then they do the same. And then everyone matters.
One individual at a time. And that works far better than some faceless crowd.
