Steve had a post up back last week: Is Belknap County GOP Chair Alan Glassman Out of Line? It concerned a “meet and greet” that had been set up for NJ Gov. Chris Christie.  I thought it innocuous when I first glanced at it (hey, only a question was asked) but seeing that I was outbound, I didn’t study it.  However, someone decided it was a big deal and that GraniteGrok was SO WRONG in putting up such a post.  So as to open the door to The Streisand Effect Room, let me quote the part that got me an email version of an earful:

A reader observed that…”unless he (Alan Glassman) is going to do this for all of the candidates he is way out of line as a Regional and also the Chair of the County Committee.”

What say you readers of GraniteGrok? Where are the lines drawn? Does Glassman need to ensure he packs similar meet-and-greets for some reasonable number of other primary candidates to appear impartial? How many?

Impropriety by a sitting NH GOP Area Vice-Chair and County Chair organizing a meet and greet for a candidate running in the 2016 Presidential Primary.  Steve was just basically reiterating what a reader observed – neutrality?

Well, that seemed to rile up Jan Glassman  an Establishment Republican activist in her own right – and wife of Alan Glassman.  She sent me an email that…

….well, next post.

Co-founder of GraniteGrok, my concern is around Individual Liberty and Freedom and how the Government is taking that away. As an evangelical Christian and Conservative with small "L" libertarian leanings, my fight is with Progressives forcing a collectivized, secular humanistic future upon us. As a TEA Party activist, citizen journalist, and pundit!, my goal is to use the New Media to advance the radical notions of America's Founders back into our culture.
