Rio just won the vacant seat in NH House for Seabrook and Hampton Falls in Rockingham District 20. A young 18 year old conservative is now off to Concord with a win of 772 (66.72%) over uber-Democrat Elaine Andrews-Ahearn 385 (33.28%).
