Ambassador Stevens would agree – you broke your trust with him and it cost him dearly:
“We must urgently begin to rebuild the bonds of trust and respect among Americans. Between police and citizens, yes but also across society. Restoring trust in our politics, our press, our markets, between and among neighbors and even people with whom we disagree politically. This is so fundamental to who we are as a nation and everything we want to achieve together. It truly is about how we treat each other and what we value.”
Like Benghazi, those 1,000 unreported foreign donations that your Foundation lied about, those cattle futures, White Water, lying about lawyers records, having us believe you were really broke, your “accomplishments”, caring about sexual assault, that you are for entrepreneurs, wishing to take away our First Amendment rights (“change religious teachings”), being for traditional marriage until it was politically convenient not to be, embracing Saul Alinsky and his tactics against the majority of American People, pushing the Collective ahead of individual rights….and those are just those things off the top of my head.
Yeah, the LAST person to talk about trust. Even as you do that, in view of all those things above, you want us to break our own trust with ourselves and believe that you are coming from some moral point high above the rest of us that gives you that ground to talk down to us? Really, and that we should “trust” you that you are without sin? That you hold that trust is something to be demanded and not earned?
Sorry, your actions are a pattern that cannot be trusted and the fact that you think we should just erase them just adds to the argument of not trusting you.
You haven’t earned trust in any way I’ve ever learned about.
