All the bad stuff, the costs, were backloaded by the Obama Administration when it came to Obamacare. Get the American populace addicted to their “affordable” Obamacare premiums and THEN let the real costs drop like a lead balloon on everyone else – see, easy-peezy redistribution of wealth – a LOT of that wealth:
