The Rule of Law – keep remembering that the example is set from the top down.  Why SHOULDN’T SCEs be able to ignore the law when the Chief Executive (and his agencies) are doing the same?  What enables the Chief Executive be able to ignore black & white duly passed Law while the regular Citizen cannot?  After all, the Chief Executive works for us, not the other way around, right?
