No, I do believe that when the head of the IRS says that the American People are not owed an apology, he really does mean it. Problem is, given this scandal, I believe that the rest of the IRS believes it too. And most Federal bureaucracies as well. Just ask the EPA. And the BLM. And DHS.
‘Bout the only one that wouldn’t right about now is the Border Patrol agents. And Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, Gutierrez, and Reid aren’t apologizing to them either.
Or to us.
