How stupid do they think we are? From an email I recieved from “Draft Frank Guinta 2014”
We are hearing strong rumors that Guinta will announce this week for Congress. These rumors only became stronger when political writers reported that 2012 Vice-Presidential candidate and Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan is coming to the state on behalf of Guinta. While we have no knowledge of when or where the announcement will take place, it sounds imminent.
Like him or not, support him or not, this drivel is no better written than if they were queuing up a Student Council President run – for a 6th grader. C’mon, if you got this email from the “Draft Frank Guinta 2014” group, you’re also reading the news and other political sites that have been keeping tabs on this race. Who the heck do they think they’re kidding? This breathless whisper is supposed to ignite….what?
Yes, I’ve already gotten the phone bank calls from this ostensibly “independent” grassroots effort and was asked what I thought – I simply asked them “What about his Continuing Resolution votes when he was in DC? And oh, by the way, I run GraniteGrok – heard of it? Read about your boss there?”
