From Hugh Hewitt – I do believe that this MUST be done, he must run.  You have no idea how entertaining the debates would be!

What’s not to like: erudite, sure of his opinions, granite grounded with respect to his political philosophy, and a way with the Queen’s English that is such that his opponents would still be thanking him for his complements – up until that moment when they realize they’ve all but politically bled out.

Great fun!  And he’d be beholden to NO one – and I bet that funding his race would not be  problem.
