Marco Rubio is “our Republican,” says Chuck Schumer — and with good reason
For someone that rumor has him paying attention to the next Prez election, this is not good. Certainly having Schumer calling Marco “his pet” will not play well – but we also know how that game is played by Dems in trying to take someone off the board that they believe to be a threat. The problem for Rubio is not just that headline but that illegal immigration, shamnesty and open borders are hot buttons for movement conservatives that have been burned in the past – and his current interviews have not helped his cause. Combine the two and that makes a problem for 2016.
