Howie Carr was talking about this on his radio show today – what the Herald (the paper where he is a columnist) had gotten from the State of MA for welfare payments via FOIA demands – 500 pages with welfare payments over $100,000.
Yeah, the State of MA was certainly sponsoring (financially) “Speedbump” and his younger brother.
