In the same vein of Jim Bender’s lovely phrase of “self-assured incompetency“; I saw this over at Boortz’s and I thought I had remembered putting it up. Given the SNAFU that FEMA has created (yet again) in the aftermath of hurricane / superstorm Sandy, it is appropriate that we bring it up again:
