Liberty & Freedom Folks – Take the AFT Survey!

If you missed this post, read it first–Major Teachers Union Political survey includes no questions about the children or their education, just about things that matter to securing union power and their ability to charge dues.

So one of our Grok Friends suggested we encourage our readers to take the survey themselves and send it in to the American Federation of Teachers, to let them know where you (We) each stand on the issues most important to the AFT.  And while it was never actually stated, exactly what you are a candidate for really should not matter.  So if you are a candidate for say, best homeschooling mom or dad of the year or  candidate most likely to get out of bed and go to work so you can pay taxes so that you can then pay public union employees, I think you can participate.  Just remember, according to the AFT the deadline is July 6th, if I remember correctly.

They might have a few more responses to deal with than they are used to but I’m sure they’ll eventually figure out which ones are from what candidates for which offices–there’s just so many of those to choose from.

You will need to print it out and pony up a postage stamp and envelope but it is such a small prince to pay.

Here’s a link to the survey.  Have fun.
