“Hope…We Don’t Get Caught?”

No time like a famous fundraiser to revisit reality.Barack Obama - Hope Poster - Image by Mannie Garcia AP

The 2008 Hope poster, of Obama…”

“‘… the artist who created the poster, Shepard Fairey, used another photograph of Obama but said he relied on the Obama-Clooney picture to avoid a copyright infringement case with The Associated Press. He pleaded guilty in February to criminal contempt for fabricating and destroying evidence.’”

Obama was inspiring contempt of the law before the election, during (see ‘Black Panthers’), and in numerous instances after (unions, occupy, Fast and Furious,–on a related note, remember Team Obama trying to use the taxpayer funded National Endowment for pro-Obama propaganda art?–etc.)  The list is far too long to even begin to make a dent.  But You get the point.

Hope must have meant, “Hope we don’t get caught.”
