Say it ain’t so….Joe??

“I am asking independent-minded voters to imagine what we could accomplish with this ticket,” Roemer wrote. “Americans are justifiably frustrated with their politicians and parties. Joe and I could change that. To me, it’s a dream team.”

” target=”_blank”>No, Governor Buddy, thinking that Joe Lieberman as Veep would add to your appeal, at least during the Primaries, would be a “no” from pretty much any Conservative Republican that will be voting here in NH – certainly from me (regardless of what Joe actually gave as an answer).  Now, we’ve talked or listened to Buddy Roemer (former LA Congressman and Governor) – a lot! (here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here – that’s just the way that this cycle has gone; he’s been where we’ve gone).  I have ALWAYS liked yakking with him even if I haven’t always agreed with his stances (i.e., I agree with his crony capitalism stance – we do to put a stop to it even as we only somewhat agree on the answer).

But this?  No. But here’s a reprise of his speech at the annual Belknap County Republican Mt. Washington Cruise – just because I can:

Oh yeah, Joe said no.
