Jeff Chidester speaks about the Bachmann TEAM-NH mass resignation

by Skip

Well, in addition to the joint memo that the former Bachmann staffers released earlier today, Jeff Chidester went on with WGIR’s Paul Wescott to talk about the strife that the National campaign staff that led to that mass resignation of the entire NH based staff.

I watched Michele on the Sunday show (FoxNews Sunday with Chris Wallace?), and while she was trying to make it look like NH was important, pretty much the only state that got mentioned was Iowa. I make the prediction now, given that many of the TEA Party type folks here in NH know many of the staffers (I am one), she’s gonna tank come the NH Primary (whenever it happens).  Yes, she is good on the stump, but relationships matter more here in NH, and if I think this has been a double cross by the National staffers (and not Michele herself), I’m betting others are as well.

Out of respect for my friends, I can say that I will not be covering any more of her events during the Primary (and as I said above, she will not be the nominee).

Full Disclosure: yes, I consider Jeff a friend (along with Tom and Nicole), so I tend to believe him vs what is now coming out of Bachmann’s campaign for spin.
