OK, I THOUGHT I was going to be able to live stream the Coalition for NH Taxpayers annual Picnic on Saturday. Well…I have to apologize as right after I posted this, people started coming over to our table, sat down, and expected to yak with us. So, we talked – and I never got the chance to finish up the process of hooking up stuff. However, I will be processing the audio interviews later on and post them up.
In the mean time, we had TMEW’s "recording" camera (vs my "live stream" camera rolling during most of the speeches. The only problem was with the first video below as we did GrokTALK! in the morning (and THAT podcast is late as well….sigh) Thus, I arrived a bit late in getting from Liberty Studios over to the Picnic. Thus, a missed about the first minute of this video of NH Speaker Bill O’Brien:
He also was the recipient of the first annual CNHT Golden Deficit Gavel award given out by Ed Naille, Chair of CNHT:
Note: Sure, there are speakers at the picnic but they are (depending on who they are) sometimes regarded as sort of a side issue – the “main event” of this event is the yakking between all of the activists all over the room. Thus, the audio is a bit strained at best (given that yakking AND that the house audio was mediocre at best) even with the shotgun mic for the camera.
