WGIR in the morning with Jeff Chidester

by Skip

GraniteGrok is now doing a Friday morning segment or two with Jeff Chidester on the WGIR morning show.  Here are the links to the stories we mentioned:

The ones we used:

Here is, pretty much, one of the stupidest ideas I’ve heard of lately): Recycling your personal computer files.

Newt calls out Press – they oblige in showing why some are nothing but lazy,  compromised, and partisan hacks.

NJ IS pulling out of RGGI – do our NH State REPUBLICAN Senators feel rather foolish now? We elected them to lead, not slink, to the finish line.

Your tax dollars at work – exercising shrimp on treadmills.   Yes, Jeff – REALLY!  I did not know that shrimp were couch potatoes and eating too much fast food….

And the ones we didn’t get to:

Just when you thought that the Republican Primary was about to settle down, here comes a "disruptive technology" named Sarah "bussing the Founders Trail" NH bound?

Candidate Supporter Intensity: It isn’t who you think!
Republican Political Class Elites don’t "get" the base

Among all Likely U.S. Voters, 20% believe Republicans in Congress have done a good job representing the party’s values over the last several years, while 63% think they’ve lost touch with the party voter base.

Federalism: 50 labs of democracy.  First is Romneycare, and now VT wants complete socialism (I love the fact that Obama has to give them permission first!). RomneyCare financially is turning out to be a real dog – but at least they’ve got money.  This will be REAL interesting to see how short of a time it is before VT goes belly up (as long as the Feds don’t artificially finance them).

Data point: Forget taxes – Federal Regulation costs companies even more each year " is costing America $1.75 trillion a year."  The "not so unseen hand" of our do-gooder ruling class.
