Just after DJ Bettencourt spoke in favor of the budget (the last of MANY speakers), there were two "Parliamentary inquiries" – one from the Democrat’s Minority Leader Terri Norelli and one from the Deputy Speaker, Republican Pam Tucker. Again, having never been inside the chamber (having to stand around rather than comfortably seated because of these self-absorbed morons disguised as grown men), it was a rather curious event. First, Norelli spoke – and then refudiated by Pam Tucker:
So, pretty much reverse what Pam said, and that’s what the Democrat said.
This was pretty good too – once again, the unionists in the Gallery decided to be spoiled brats again; Speaker O’Brien had a great line:
"The visitors in the gallery have a choice in front of them. Their choice is to remain or the choice is to leave; it is their choice. They will make that choice by making further noise. If they make further noise, I will have the gallery cleared."
