The emails are coming in!  The latest from Randy, Robert Jursik, and JR Hoell:

From Randy:

  • I believe life begins at conception
  • the constitution is the law of the land
  • the 2nd amendment is a prescription for communism
  • I have faith in GOD and I believe educating our children is more important than unions.
  • I have to get back to my seven day a week job because millions rely on me.

From Robert:

  • First vote I ever cast in my life was to re-elect Ronald Reagan for President
  • Proud life member of the NRA, Gun Owners of NH, Pro-Gun NH – and NOT NH Firearms Coalition
  • 4th Degree Knight of Columbus
  • Author of several conservative articles on RedHampshire, RedState AND GraniteGrok (which, alone, should make me eligible for the list)
  • Supported Mitt Romney for President
  • Proud supporter – and friend for 21 years – of Ovide Lamontagne
  • Made over 5800 campaign calls and multiple parade appearances for Jennifer Horn
  • Additional campaign work on behalf of Karen Testerman
  • Currently volunteering for Kelly Ayotte, John Stephen and Frank Guinta
  • Attendee at multiple Tea Parties, 9-12 meetings, and Americans for Prosperity rallies
  • Drives a 13-year-old rusty Ford F-150 with NRA, “GOP Victory 2010,” Ayotte for Senate, Stephen for Governor, and Guinta for Congress bumper stickers. (But NOT Bass for Congress)
  • A Yankees fan in Red Sox nation – and therefore appreciates individual liberty more than most
  • Uses light bulbs, and always flushes twice to frustrate the low-flow toilet advocates
  • Owns a Sarah Palin wall calendar
  • Has pledged not to “comply” with ObamaCare
  • Eats meat
  • Says “Merry Christmas,” not “Happy Holidays”
  • Says “American Indian,” not “Native American”
  • Says “Black,” not “African-American”
  • Knows all the words to “The Star-Spangled Banner”
  • Once drew a picture of Mohammad
  • Works for a living, and defends conservatism everywhere on Facebook

From JR:

  • Schooling is a privilege and not a right.  If all citizens thought that schooling of all forms was a privilege, they would work harder to excel in school.  The free market would correct the flaws of the current system
  • There are no 2nd amendment statements on your page.  All citizens have the right to self protection.    See Face book page: Gun Rights in New Hampshire: The Inherent Human Right of Self Defense.
  • HB 472, the Kimberley Cates bill was a good bill and I would have supported it!  If you invade someone’s home and murder them, the death penalty should be a option.
  • Philanthropy is a great virtue, I encourage others to give; however stealing at gun point from your neighbor to help others is not a virtue.  The Government needs to stop stealing from people for the “purpose” of helping others.
  • People have a right to their own bodies: What they eat, how much they eat, what they choose to consume, what they inject, etc.  People also have the responsibility to live with the physical and emotional consequences of their actions.  Government should not be policing for things like Body Mass Index, Controlled substances, Raw/processed milk, etc.)  It would be a good thing to abolish the FDA and the BATF.
  • The free market works.  The housing bubble was not created by the free market, but by bad policy and regulation.  Government should not be regulating how lenders lend money.  Lending rules should be between the borrower and the lender.  People need to be responsible for their actions.  Don’t borrow more that you can afford to pay back. Review the paperwork before you sign.  Have a budget and follow it…

Co-founder of GraniteGrok, my concern is around Individual Liberty and Freedom and how the Government is taking that away. As an evangelical Christian and Conservative with small "L" libertarian leanings, my fight is with Progressives forcing a collectivized, secular humanistic future upon us. As a TEA Party activist, citizen journalist, and pundit!, my goal is to use the New Media to advance the radical notions of America's Founders back into our culture.
