Well now:
- same desired result: to silence our speaking out or about concerning given campaigns
- Same tactic: threat to report to and involved legal authorities so as to accomplish the above
Two different campaign bullies:
- The first was Pat Hynes, of Hynes Communications (or as DiStaso of the Union Leader calls it, the "Patrick Hynes-David Carney-Paul Collins cabal"; our Steve adds in Steve DeMaura into the mix because of the relationship with Hynes) working for the Sean Mahoney campaign. Who threatened me with the commission of a crime so as to stop the ‘Grok from writing about his candidate.
Yeah, THAT worked out well, didn’t it Pat?
- Bill Wynne, aligned with Guida campaign, who threatened to put in a complaint to the NH Secretary of State for the absolutely horrific crime of choosing a different candidate than he did. Oh, the pain…
Remember, Bill, to reread the Bill of Rights before shooting off your mouth concerning "freed of speech and expression"; that pertains to Government, not to private entities.
Note to both, and to those in the future:
- Given the right circumstances we haul out the flashlights and start shining them EVERYWHERE
- We are loud mouths in the best sense of the word; we let people know when we see something wrong.
- Like porcupines, when attacked, the quills will come out. Unlike porcupines, however, we aren’t exactly passive (if you couldn’t tell).
- We don’t back down – act like a bully and you’ll be treated like one.
