I wish to point out that there has been a change in our Endorsement section (Right sidebar) since the results of the Primary – GraniteGrok is now endorsing John Stephen for NH Governor and the above sign can now be found here. And we will be enthusiastically supporting him as we move forward towards the election (as Tom has already started our coverage of our next Governor and as Steve starts to point out Democrat John "Do Nuttin’" Lynch’s record). Please note that the Lynch Lied candidate still is present – heh!.
No, it is not just because John won the race and "our" candidate, Jack Kimball did not. No, it is not just because Jack Kimball is now actively supporting John and has asked his supporters to do likewise. It is because we told John, a while ago, that we would support him in the general election (and Jack knew this as well). Both ran campaigns as gentlemen, both ran on similar stances (mattering only in degree and varying little on substance and priority) on the issues and the news of the day. While Jack is more of our TEA Party orientation, we feel sufficiently comfortable with John to show and lend our support to him whole heartedly.
Both men ran the race on the issues and kept it out of the gutter – John Lynch should campaign as well (but has already said "nope!"). In talking amongst ourselves here at the ‘Grok, we truly believe that Democrat, John "Do Nuttin’" Lynch, needs to be re-purposed for other means – other than in Government, that is.
