I’ve been a tad busy, and when this came in:
life became a bit more frenetic – I hate spending money for stuff and then just let it sit around and do nothing. So, last nite, spent a LOT of time playing with it, installing the software, making sure all the "bits" work, and figuring out what the other stuff is that I forgot to buy – and of course, adapters of one sort or another head up the list. So, the local electronics / music shops will be getting a bit more business from the ‘Grok in a wee while. In the meantime, I have to do some software noodling on the ‘Net done and try to persuade the Eldest that it is time for HIS books (10-12 totes worth) to leave MY study – it’s time to rearrange stuff and refurb it.
In the meantime, there’s other stuff to do: whose going to be helping out with co-hosting duties, first guest list (hmm, THIS is not going to be a problem – a number of people have said they’ll be on), topics, et al.

BUT! We do have one thing to settle – a name. We have a couple that we’re kicking around – but why not let you folks suggest some? Email me with your suggestion – we’ll give it a few days and then put up the best 5 or 10 of your offerings and let you folks influence our decision!
