Phil Kerpen is the Vice President of Policy for Americans for Prosperity (sponsors of RightOnline) so it made sense for him to speak at his own conference. The main thrust of his talk was summed up by a quote from Van Jones, that if green jobs are the death of capitalism, and he has been so embraced by Democrats since he resigned in disgrace from the White House, doesn’t that mean that the Democrats are trying to destroy capitalism too? And they are going to use the Congressional lame duck session to continue the attack on free markets via a Cap N Trade energy bill, a VAT tax, Card Check, EPA over-regulation (18,000 pages of new ones), FCC take-over of the Internet, and the NLRB. Congress has to stop outsourcing its responsibilities.
