“Let the battle against socialism and statism in New Hampshire begin in earnest!”

We all know that in the past several years enormous damage has been done and is still being done to America by the enemies of our values. Washington, DC is in the hands of a corrupt and evil ruling class that seeks to destroy American culture and heritage, turning us into something more to their socialist liking. Americans are uneasy and fearful. Our  country is in the hands of a "confused and foolish government" that continues to engage in "unbelievable spending." 

The same thing has happened in New Hampshire: For the first time in our state’s history, we have a structural deficit of half a billion dollars, courtesy of Democrats who have controlled the governor’s office and both houses of the legislature branch for the past four years. In the process, they have violated multiple protections and state traditions, running roughshod over the minority Republicans that have never before been seen in our state. For the past six years a Democrat governor has smiled endlessly while marching in lockstep with the worst Democrats running politics in Washington, DC. For years every sitting member of the New Hampshire state Supreme Court has been appointed by a Democrat governor, and it shows in many of their rulings, including the infamous, meddlesome, and non-constitutional  "Claremont" decisions.

Yet over the past years both the national Republican Party and the New Hampshire Republican Party have often been little more than weak echoes of the Democrats. They have often cooperated with or refused to fight against Democratic policies that promote irresponsible big government, massive overspending, and damaging tax and economic policies. 

We all know one thing: "It has to stop." We also know that Republicans are going to see sweeping electoral victories in the upcoming elections. But if the Republicans of next year continue to act like the Republicans of yesterday, the Democrats will win, and their harmful taxes, fees, bureaucracies, and laws will remain in place, in which case Republican victories will be futile and meaningless.

ENTER THE REPUBLICAN LIBERTY CAUCUS OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.

I’ve got news for you: It’s not going to happen in New Hampshire. The Republican Liberty Caucus, nationally and in the state of New Hampshire, has been working to turn the Republican Party toward its sound traditional values of free market economics, individual liberty and small government. As of right now, the looming Republican victories are only the result of the disastrous policies and actions of the Democrats. There is nowhere else to turn other than the GOP. However, consider this: The Republican Liberty Caucus of New Hampshire has been and is fighting to make the entire Republican Party of New Hampshire a glowing, attractive alternative to the Democrats. A party with new ideas, new policies, new proposals, and new programs that will immensely benefit the state and people of New Hampshire.

That’s why the RLCNH is endorsing only certain candidates in the upcoming state GOP primaries. That’s also why we run the energetic, growing communication network for pro-liberty activists, the RLCNH email list. That’s why we are offering both money and campaign assistance to our endorsed GOP candidates in the upcoming elections. Because the New Hampshire Republican Party must become a real, cogent, serious, conservative political fighting force in New Hampshire. In the past it has not been. Today, with the help of the RLCNH, it is becoming just that.

In short, the larger and stronger the RLCNH becomes, the more conservative, activist, and liberty-oriented the New Hampshire Republican Party will become.

And the larger, louder, and more raucous the RLCNH email list becomes, the more that liberty-oriented activists will move onto into the NH Republican Party and the political process. 

So I want you—each and every one of you—to help me and the rest of the RLCNH leadership to continue this process. I need you to do just two things:

FIRST, join the RLCNH. Go to our become-a-member web page and join. It’s not hard, and it’s not a giant expense. By joining you increase our overall membership. By increasing our overall membership, you increase our clout "on the street." By joining you increase our clout within the New Hampshire Republican Party. By increasing our clout everywhere, you increase the number of activists, and increase the pressure on the state party to move toward its traditional libertarian-conservative values…and to fight for them. (After you join, announce it on the list so that others will "get the idea" too!) Please do me the additional favor of sending this email out to all your conservative and libertarian friends. Tell them to join with us too. The more, the merrier. And the more powerful.

SECOND, do the same thing with respect to the RLCNH email list: Join the network of pro-liberty activists in New Hampshire. See that little blue box over the RLCNH eagle, "Join this Group!"? Click on it to join the list, and thus join the debate. The more people we have communicating, planning, talking, discussing and debating on the email list, the more our ideas will spread throughout New Hampshire. We need that, especially with the electoral victories that are coming this year.

To all of you: If we do our job, the Republican Party of New Hampshire will be a shining example of pro-liberty activism for all of America. The Free Granite State of New Hampshire will lead the way. Which is as it should be. So go now. Join the RLCNH. And then join the RLCNH email list.
