Sue (center) with other families supporting the troops in Exeter, NH.
.
Our friend Sue Peterson sent the following note. She is tireless in her support of the troops and their mission. Recall she was part of the "Moms of Fury" that braved the elements and took on defeatist politicians. Her son Alex is one of the great American soldiers that has been bravely defending us by serving in Iraq. His part of the mission has ended, and he’s coming home, along with others as well. Needless to say, Sue is quite thankful and excited.
Good morning everyone…
.
Well – here is the latest….
Love you all so much for listening to me this past year and all the support you have given to Bill and me – you have been a light during trying times…and someone to share and laugh with…I will still send info on supporting the troops (just because he is home, does not stop my commitment to our troops, etc.)…and blond jokes – LOL!!!!
.
Please feel free to pass on this info…
.
Blessings,
Susan

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
The 3643d will be arriving home to NH on Sunday- September 16th!!!.For some this is merely a reminder, for others it might be the first news you have heard. We ask that families and friends try to arrive by 4:00PM at the Flight Facility on Regional Drive, in Concord..The race will be getting out at the same time – so please try and get there – beat that traffic!!!.Don’t forget your flags!.See you Sunday!
Drop us an email if you would like more detailed directions. We couldn’t be happier for Sue. Of course, for others the mission continues. We’ll all keep praying for their safe returns too, while steadfastly supporting the mission all the way to its successful conclusion.
