New Hampshire Democrats have been bringing in out of state voters to pad the rolls for a while.  But just a few years ago, circa 2008, Michelle Bensignor (NY, PA, MD, DC – but not NH) went to work for the State Democrat party.   That’s what is says on her LinkedIn page.

While it is not the only such location, 1200 Elm Street in Manchester has become the focus of vote-fraud reporting because it exemplifies the conspiratorial nature of this Democrat Party enterprise.

Multiple names, all from out of state, many far flung from each other, several of them with expensive homes in their home states, campaigners, lawyers, folks, registered to vote (and voting) from the same apartment numbers at 1200 Elm, Manchester, NH

Just as an example, if you owned and were paying taxes on a $2 million dollar home in another state why would you be in an apartment in NH, claiming to live here so you could vote?  We’ve got that.

Why all the different Democrat out of state campaigners, lawyers, and activists, calling the same apartments in the same apartment building home, all of whom have homes and drivers licenses and lives in other states, casting ballots in your local elections?

And it is not just 1200 Elm street in Manchester, though we will stay focused there for the moment because it paints a very ugly vote fraud portrait.

Kimberly Morin has a very revealing piece at Examiner.com in which she parses NH Democrat Sylvia Larsen’s proposed Senate Bill SB207.

Larsen, hewing to her progressive busy-body roots, is set on something she calls ‘paycheck equality,’ but as Morin observes, it is not just a ridiculous idea that attempts to patronize to populist ignornace to fix a problem that does not even exist, it will probably end up hurting women more than helping them.

In all scenarios (with SB 207), women lose. When employers are forced to make hiring and salary decisions based on the possibility of frivolous lawsuits, they must tread lightly in order to avoid spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyer’s fees. This takes the advantages that women have gained over the decades out of their hands. Women aren’t weak little flowers that don’t know how to negotiate. They have been negotiating for higher salary, better benefits and flexible work schedules for years now. What the New Hampshire Democrats’ ‘Paycheck Fairness Act’ achieves is to set women in the workforce back decades.

Larsen is pandering without regard to the consequences.

We’re breaking significant vote fraud news today, and it starts with Caitlin Ann Legacki.

New Hampshire Democrats know who Caitlin A. Legacki is.  She worked for Jeanne Shahenn’s 2008 Senate campaign.  She even voted from New Hampshire in 2008.  But Caitlin isn’t from New Hampshire.  She is a significant player in Democrat campaigns and politics, just like all the other transient voters who drift in, steal your votes, and then leave.

Caitlin is from Alaska, where her activism started in 2004.  She went to UNC, worked for John Edwards in Iowa circa 2007, for Jeanne Shaheen in 2008, was a paid congressional staffer for Congressman Burce Braley in Iowa (where she violated House Rules by campaigning for the congressman while on his staff), worked for Kay Hagan in NC, and most recently for Clair McCaskill in Missouri in the 2012 cycle and is currently in the employ of  the OFA catch drain called Precision Strategies with the infamous Stephanie Cutter.

So what about that big vote fraud news I mentioned in the title? Hold on to you ballot stuffing Transient Democrat Obama Voters, it’s a big one.

The vote has been cast.   New Hampshire Democrats want you to finance in-state tuition for illegal immigrants. Slap!

HB 474 passed 188 Yea 155 Nay, with 8 “republicans” joining the Democrat majority.  The usual suspects, of course, Kidder, Gargasz, Lockwood, and a few others.

It moves to the NH Senate now where last years much more reliable stop gap for left-wing stupidity has crumbled heading into this session.  So there are no guarantees that they will stand up and stop it.

If you ask me, if UNH want’s this they can fund raise.  They can eat the difference.  Better yet.  Since Democrats want it so bad, how about some of those very well-funded liberal NGO’s and the so-called non-partisan non-profit groups that get all that out of state money (and spend it on electing Democrats), create a scholarship reimbursement program to help fund the difference for in-state tuition for illegal aliens in NH?

No?  You’d rather put taxpayers on the hook for that?

HB474 just passed the NH House, which would provide illegal immigrants the benefit of in-state tuition rates, provided they have attended 3 years of NH High School and have been domiciled in NH, and “promise” to gain legal residency.

The Roll Call for this bill shows that one of *my* Republican Reps, Bob Willette, voted “YEA”.

I am shocked and in disbelief why Rep. Willette and a handful of other “Republicans” voted for such utter nonsense.

Joe Bastardi, along with Joe D’Aleo, were the impetus behind the creation of The Weather Channel but have since moved on to less tin-foil-hat infested waters.   (MSNBC and GE Bought it years ago to mainstream and legitimize the progressive scheme of climate crisis, and no doubt the political funding mechanisms set up to address their alarmist agenda.)

Since then, Joe and Joe have continued to do what they love–investigate and report on the science of weather and climate and its real effect on us–and taken their lumps for opposing the politicization of weather and its step children, Global Warming, and Climate Change, and now…”The Pause.”

The Pause is the past 17 years of flat and now declining temperatures, the global failure of their “settled science” climate modeling and dire predictions to come close to anything resembling the truth.  To explain the Pause, the PR climate modelers have stepped in beside the egg-faced politically “motivated scientists” who live well on the taxpayer-fed milk of the cash cow to re-brand the scheme (yet again) in an effort to explain away how “udderly” wrong they have been about…mostly everything.

Ted Cruz.  Love what he says, loved his Senate filibuster, and love his recent voting record.  And I hate writing this story.

But something is wrong with the picture.  And it feels eerily familiar.

This story about Cruz and his wife has been out there for about 5 months but it got by me.  Fortunately, others didn’t miss it and pointed it out,  Another story (here) covers it from a slightly different angle.

Essentially, Cruz’ wife Heidi once worked for Merrill Lynch and is a Goldman Sachs Regional Manager, which is a little concerning, given, you know, the massive bailouts and their involvement with the Federal Reserve in deflating our currency and killing our economy.  However, she was also a member of a CFR task force that produced a report in 2005 called “Building a North American Community“.

This.  Is.  Very.  Concerning.

David “Muddy” Watters bill (SB 244 ) to create the mental health equivalent of a “no fly list” for the feds so they can be told whom not to sell a firearm, has more problems than we can shake a fire-stick at.  Susan Olsen does most of this argument justice here and here, so I have no intention of rehashing that now.  But there is one point which I have not seen discussed that does need ‘airing.’  A detrimental side-effect that was observed in New York State, not that long ago.

Yesterday afternoon a NH House Rep. sent me a “heads up” that the Nashua Telegraph’s political doodler Kevin Landrigan had made note (on Facebook) of the frequency of articles at GraniteGrok regarding the DuckGate case of Nashua NH House Democrat David Campbell–a case with a number of unanswered questions that suggest a police commissioner helped hide the fact that David Campbell was drunk when he hit some ducks and ran away from police.

Mr. Landrigan remarked “Very Conservative GraniteGrok stays obsessed with Duck Gate scandal.  7th item in two weeks.”  Then there is a link to a tweet of the same construction.

A rather brisk discussion ensued on his Facebook wall, to which I contributed, but I failed to make an important point that should have seemed obvious at the time.

You can’t claim to be the tolerant ones when you use religious bigotry to put someone out of business, quite often when there are dozens of other businesses that provide the exact same service within a reasonable distance in modern America, just because you think you can.

Well Sweet Cakes by Melissa agrees with me.  The state of Oregon charged them of violating a lesbian couples ‘civil rights’ when they refused to make a cake for their wedding on grounds that it violated their religious conscience, to which they responded…

“We still stand by what we believe from the beginning,” said Aaron Klein. “I’m not sure what future holds, but as far as where we’re at right now … it’s almost as if the state is hostile toward Christian businesses.”

“Oregon is hostile toward Christian businesses.”

You should put that on a bumper sticker.

Two Nashua Alderman are calling for the resignation of Nashua Police Commissioner Thomas Pappas.   Long story short…

According to a police report, Campbell had a couple of drinks at a Crowne Plaza restaurant Dec. 23 and then ran over several mallard ducks with his BMW outside the hotel. Pappas, Campbell’s friend and attorney, then picked up Campbell from the hotel. Pappas contacted the police department about two hours after the accident to ask if Campbell could come to the police station the next day.

Pappas did not pick up Campbell from the hotel.  Campbell went to the lobby, heard the police were on the way, ran across the hotel parking-lot and down the road, at 10pm, in freezing cold weather, (with a “a few drinks in him”) to his law office 1000 feet from the hotel, where he called Pappas; who then picked him up there–with Police just across the way at the scene.  He then sequestered (which clearly connotes something very bad) Campbell’s inebriated ass at a secret location with “no telephone.”

I’ve asked a lot of questions, but here is  a new one.  Why does a Nashua Police Commissioner hide “a long-time friend and sober Democrat state legislator” from their own police force?  Answer: “He’s not sober.”

Abortion Barbie lied but will her campaign die?

That’s right, Wendy Davis, (see: women who filibuster to protect the right to kill babies are so groovy), has admitted, the way Democrats do that, to lying.  Her re-framing of the fact that she lied goes something like this–

“My language should be tighter,” she said, admitting her campaign biography has been less than truthful.

Davis may even have lied under oath, testifying in a federal lawsuit over redistricting that “I got divorced by the time I was 19 years old,” when in fact she was divorced at age 21.

Other missing details have included: her second husband paid her way through law school and she divorced him the day after the last payment was made; her ex-husband accused her in initial court filings of adultery, and was awarded custody of their two daughters; and she first ran for city council in Fort Worth as a Republican.

Using others, misrepresenting facts, accusations of adultery and perjury–She should be running for Governor of Texas as the Female Bill Clinton!

I am posting it as is with the understanding that it may take me days or even weeks to go through it, if I ever do manage to get through it.

I encourage you to comment on any point, refute, support, dispute, at your discretion, just understand that I am simply providing it for us to review and that is what we should do.  (And yes, I expect the list will generate more than a few new posts about the content.)

HB1589, which has a scheduled committee hearing tomorrow (January 21, 2014 @1:15pm in Representatives Hall), is an attack on essential liberties, not just a gun-grabber bill.
