The anti-free speech bill SB120 creates a government regulated speech cartel, that violates the US constitution, the New Hampshire Constitution, and common sense, but the NH Legislature passed it anyway.  Governor Nanny Hassan is expected to sign it because it violates your speech rights in a way favorable to her oppressive political worldview.

The next question; is someone going to file suit against ti before the ink is dry on that signature, to freeze this in its tracks?

Until then, I am very excited to report that  lawyers or not, lawsuits or not, as an individual private citizen and member of the New Media who does not operate or coordinate in conjunction with anyone but myself, I will continue to use this space to express my individual opinion on issues and candidates, whether those opinions are shared with anyone in close proximity to me or not.

Here is what a “winner” looks like.

The video posted below is of the recent Atkinson Selectman’s Meeting of May 12. The bald-headed guy on the left is the former police chief, Phil Consentino, who, after getting caught indulging himself in perverted acts in front of, behind, and around, the poor woman working in the police dispatch position he had to relinquish his police chief job.

The Town relinquished about $100,000.00 to the plaintiff and did not prosecute the pervert.

The Dartmouth College of Sexual Assault and Left-Wing Learning recently produced data that demonstrated high approval among registered NH voters for requiring ID to vote.  Seventy-five percent of those polled, many of whom also favored a gender equality amendment and stricter gun control, thought that presenting an ID at the polls was a good idea.  Almost 60% of Democrats agreed.  But the NH Media is not covering this story.

The Shaheen-Portman Energy Bill has stirred up some controversy about Scott Brown, Kelly Ayotte, and a he-said, she-said contrivance manufactured by the left-wing Huffington Post.  But then, that is what the left does.  It lies.

The left will do and say anything to elicit an emotional response which will create movement on their side.  Money, action, whatever.  And I could easily excrete 900 words from my finger-tips in short order on the matter but the he-said she-said contrivance is running cover for an even bigger lie; that the Shaheen Portman Energy efficiency boondoggle was a good bill that Republicans killed. It’s a lousy bill.

It is a lousy bill, with silly incentives, that rewards lazy states, prop up badly manged local budgets, and  redistributes wealth from taxpayers to big businesses and big bureaucracies, that should not be adding decimal places to the debt clock for a program that is the energy-efficiency equivalent of rearranging deck chairs on the titanic.

There is talk of an amendment to SB319, which is the abortion clinic buffer bill.  This bill would prohibit the free exercise of first amendment rights within a government mandated zone.  The bill calls for 25 feet, but an amendment has been proposed to make that flexible, depending on the clinic, location, and other factors.

In response to an email about this proposed change and the thinking behind it, First term Democrat House Rep Rebecca Emerson-Brown, Rockingham 27, wrote…

Perhaps we increase the buffer 50 feet, thereby ensuring his whole street is protected against protesters?

Protected against protesters.

Interesting language from a public servant sworn to protect and defend the rights of free speech, public protest, and redress, (except those who hold opinions to which she objects).

So what is they are also taxpayers who are paying for some of those services against their will and conscience.  Push ’em back, shut ’em up.

Anyone want to lay odds on how fast  Rebeccaemersonbrown would snap like a twig if a Republican proposed creating (let alone expanding) a buffer zone to protect anyone or anything from the ‘constitutionally protected rights’ of Democrat protesters?

Robert Hunter Biden, the son of vice president Joe Biden, has been named to the board of directors for Burisma Holdings, a company that specializes in

oil and gas exploration and extraction.  Burisma operates primarily in the Ukraine’s three major hydrocarbon basins, mostly under explored and underdeveloped.

Given recent events, Ukraine and all of Europe will have an interest in the development of oil and gas from any place that is not Russia.

I recently posted an article regarding the NH Labor news and whether or not they wanted to help fight voter fraud in New Hampshire?  They didn’t, but then they actually did.  Ed Naile to that very short list of the eight names gathered by out-of-state funded Granite State Progress and ran them up the “flagpole.”  One of the first things we discovered was Tracey Marie Lewis.

In 2008 Democrat Tracey Marie Lewis registered and stole your vote from 1200 Elm Street Apt 425, Manchester, NH.  This is the same apartment used by Danny O’Driscoll–a Republican campaign worker–who stole a vote in 2012.

“Senators Jeb Bradley, David Boutin, and Nancy Stiles have consistently tried to pull the wool over their constituents’ eyes.
