GrokTALK! – RINO Hunting

This week House Rep Guy Comtois gives us an update on the recent HRA caucus, and the leadership situation in the NH House.  We discuss proposed rules changes, and how the Democrats and their House Speaker are working to make that legislative body less transparent.  (And yes, we do call a few RINO’s along the … Read more

GrokTALK! Who Will Lead The Rebellion!?

With as much as two-thirds of Republicans wondering why they bother, and no one in the media standing up to help, who will take the bit and lead them into battle against the crumbling principles of the GOP?

GrokTALK! – The Administrative State

In segment four we explore the administrative state and how you can’t do anything anymore without violating a regulation or a law; you can’t even feed the homeless without permission from the state.  It is the ongoing inversion of responsibility from the citizen to the government. And the administrative state doesn’t want you to interfere, … Read more

RINO Hunting? Time To Double Down!

Only you can keep RINOs out of Concord
Endangered Species?  You Wish.

Drew Cline has a great editorial over at the Union Leader about RINO Hunting .  Over-hunting, actually.  It is ‘great’ because it is both creative and flawed.  It is also funny but mostly because it is utter nonsense.

Synopsis?  The arrogance of non-RINOs (Elephantus Egomanicus)  leads to Democrat majorities.

Or something…

Massachusetts To Pay $1.24 Million on Abortion Buffer Zone Case. Is NH At Risk!?

Will Democrats defend Obama silencing the press?

This week the state of Massachusetts has agreed to pay Eleanor McCullen’s attorneys fees in the sum of $1,241,567 and change.

McCullen challenged the Massachusetts abortion clinic buffer zone bill, taking the case all the way to the US Supreme Court.

The US Supreme Court overturned  the Massachusetts law by a unanimous 9-0 decision.

This week, the US District court in Massachusetts has signed off on an agreement between McCullen’s attorneys and the state of Massachusetts  for the sum of $1.24 Million dollars to cover attorneys fees.  (I hope Mass Taxpayers consider that money well spent.)

You know, NH has a very similar anti-free speech abortion buffer zone bill still on the books…

Dear Senator Ayotte – A Simple Yes Or No Please.

Hanging out with the wrong crowd. Again.
BFF’s

A Letter from a reader to NH US Senator Kelly Ayotte

Senator Ayotte:

I’d like to remind you that the NH State motto, the state you purport to represent, is “Live Free Or Die”.  Live Free from the tyranny of Government, not without government, but with the liberty of the people.  Taking more and more of my hard earned income is a form of tyranny; it curtails my ability to provide for my family and makes it harder for me to secure my family’s liberty.

I wish that instead of being concerned about missing “The Nutcracker” you had been concerned enough to read the bill before you passed it; for that, I thank you for finally showing your true concerns.  Your pattern of voting has made it clear to me that you do not stand for conservative principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility and individual liberty.  Your voting and rhetoric clearly indicates that you wish to consolidate more power in the Federal Government, taking it away from the individuals.

Short People

This Michelle Obama story about her interaction with a short person is all over the internet today.  Short people, tall people, Target, racism something-something. And this was a hit song a few decades back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=1NvgLkuEtkA Can I say ‘how far we have fallen’ or is that vertical racism as well?

Can We Get NH Democrats on The Record About Hate?

Left wing hate goes unreportedSusan J. Douglas is a typical White Tower Democrat.

Susan J. Douglas is a prize-winning author, columnist, and cultural critic, and the Catherine Neafie Kellogg Professor of Communication Studies at The University of Michigan. Her book Where the Girls Are was widely praised, and chosen one of the top ten books of 1994 by National Public Radio, Entertainment Weekly and The McLaughlin Group. In her most recent book, Enlightened Sexism: The Seductive Message That Feminism’s Work Is Done (Henry Holt, 2010) Douglas continues her analysis of the mixed messages surrounding women, and the struggle she sees in the media between embedded feminism on the one hand and enlightened sexism on the other.

She also just wrote a piece entitled “It’s OK to Hate Republicans.”

Is it OK, Democrats?  Yes or No?

Kelly ‘Nutcraker’ Ayotte – Don’t Make Me Do Weekends

Conservative HQ

The Republican establishment has become infected with a new viral epidemic of “Ted Cruz derangement syndrome” apparently brought on by being forced to actually work at the job of being a United States Senator.

“Patient Zero” in this epidemic may be New Hampshire Republican Senator Kelly Ayotte who complained bitterly before last weekend’s rare Saturday session to debate the Cruz – Lee constitutional point of order on the “CRomnibus” that it interfered with her plans to go home and watch a performance of the holiday classic the Nutcracker.

Ayotte, by the way, has an F score of 44% on Conservative Review’s Liberty Score, compared to Cruz’s score of 95% and Mike Lee’s score of 100%.

Yeah, but we got that sunscreen bill passed.  FREEDOM!

GrokTALK! – Drive the TEA Party Out?

Julianna Bergeron’s ‘Republican’ Unity Test

Freedom_hating RINORumor has it that Republican National Committee-woman Julianna Bergeron has set a purity test for state committee party members in her County (and presumably the whole state).  The test is simple.  If you didn’t vote the entire Republican ticket, you should not serve on the NHGOP state committee.   She did not mean if you voted for a registered Democrat, she means “if you left a box blank, because the candidate was not your cup of ‘tea,’ –you should not represent Republicans in NH.”

Think about that.

If you could not vote for the guy who helped advance the progressive agenda (Scott Brown) and whose voting record and policy positions violate many planks in the documented and agreed to NH state Republican party platform (voted for by the state delegates), then you are not the right sort to be a New Hampshire delegate says Julianna Bergeron.

Amnesty Just Another Democrat Voter Drive

On Second Thought…

Second Amendment By the Numbers

In just one day, we have two prime examples of how vitally important our Second Amendment is.

Protecting our natural rights to secure arms for personal or family defense, and to fight tyranny of any kind, the Second Amendment must be treasured and guarded with everything we have.  If not, we’ll just become victims, like the people in these examples…

Why We Need our Second Amendment: Example #1 – The UN in Haiti

UN Peacekeepers Shooting at Unarmed Civilians in Haiti

Today, UN troops in Haiti (who have been there in force since 2004) fired on unarmed civilians as they were protesting.

By now, Haitians have had enough of the UN occupying their country.  In 2010, about 10 months after the devastating Earthquake that shook the island (which increased the UN presence), Haiti fell victim to a serious Cholera outbreak, which continues today.  Haitians speculate that the outbreak started when UN troops allowed their sewage to flow into the island’s largest river.  Many of these undisciplined troops were new arrivals to Haiti, fresh off a mission in Nepal, working to contain (of all things) a Cholera outbreak.

Ironically, the left-leaning, Democrat-fawning publication The New Republic squarely blames the UN in this article and chastises the Obama administration for interfering with legal proceedings against the UN, after the President insisted that they “enjoy absolute immunity” from such suits.  Go figure.

Video and Example #2 after the jump…
