Dr. Jason Fodeman, M.D., (Heritage.org – Doc Squads) contends that Obamacare undermines the ability of doctors to treat their patients. Doctors may be forced to treat the “average” patient based on government-created protocols—instead of treating their own “individual” patients.
I didn’t watch the State of the Union Speech last night because according to my on-screen guide it was a rerun. But there are those who felt they had to endure the torture of listening to another speech by Obama about Obama. They must not be on the short list for an iPod full of them.

Essentially, what political judging involves is reasoning backwards from a political result that the judge wants to achieve. Here, the political result was to prevent application of the education tax credit law, because those credits are used to defray tuition to private schools, and the Left opposes making it easier for low and middle-class children to attend private schools.
How do we know it was political judging? Well, from reading the decision.

This one depicts the most current hourly wage data available for New Hampshire – a state with the lowest poverty rate in the nation and that only enforces the federal minimum wage of 7.25/hour.
