You may recall Democrat Jared Steven Cram.  He’s a lawyer in Pennsylvania, where he has been living, working, and voting continuously since 2005 (with the exception of 2008).  He has been registered in PA since 2002 as a student at PSU.  This is the same Jared Steven Cram who has also been continuously registered to vote and on the checklist in Wilton, New Hampshire, at his parent’s residence (which they sold in 2013).

I won’t bore you by rehashing all the history now because the most relevant bits are more recent and Ed Naile and I and Rich Girard are all in possession of copious notes and copies of documents should further clarification be required.

According to state records Jared Steven Cram Voted in the NH Presidential primary in 2012, the PA Presidential primary in 2012, and the NH General election in 2012, all while being a long time resident of Pennsylvania, and neither the NH AG’s office nor the NH Secretary of State care.  In fact, there is evidence to suggest they would rather hide evidence that Cram voted in NH.

Stop Common Core.org  |  Senate Comm. Votes Against HB603

Today April 28th, the Senate Education Committee voted “Inexpedient to legislate” on HB603. That means the majority, three of the five members, voted to KILL HB603 and deny you your parental rights. (Senators Stiles, Watters and Kelly) Why? …Senator Stiles…(is) concerned about losing federal dollars.

Since HB603 would put into statute a parent’s right to opt out of these bad assessments, let’s look at how that has impacted other states. Did they lose federal funding?

Contact your senator today about HB 323. We must pass the Hoell/Avard amendment or kill the bill. Save our kids.

HB 323 is a very critical bill as it is tied to New Hampshire’s Elementary and Secondary Education (ESEA), aka No Child Left Behind (NCLB), waiver. This waiver is the agreement that the state Department of Education makes with the US DOE so the state can have flexibility from some of the more punitive aspects of NCLB’s mandates. It also commits New Hampshire to contractual agreements with the feds for the next three years. This agreement drives many of the requirements the state DOE dictates to local school districts, such as the adoption of College and Career Readiness Standards (another name for Common Core) and the aligned assessments.

Common Core and the oppressive over-testing associated with the Smarter Balanced Assessments have been very controversial in the state the last few years, and only more so in recent months. So why should New Hampshire make more commitments to these failed experiments?

Last year, while everyone was making important and necessary noise about the Veterans Administration Wait-List scandal, a separate Inspector General’s report was not getting any press at all. This separate investigation revealed that the V.A. medical center in Tomah, Wisconsin had been prescribing, in some cases, lethal doses of pain killers

M.D. Kittle at Wisconsin Watchdog has been reporting on this story as well as its relation to the dismissal of Baldwin’s Deputy State Director Marquette Baylor.

Baylor was let go after investigative reports broke in early January about the Tomah V.A. medical center’s pain-killer prescribing practices, now alleged to have led to the deaths of three veterans.

Baldwin’s office, according to reports, did nothing with an inspector general’s report last year detailing the concerns, and refused to act when a whistleblower reportedly begged Baldwin’s office to do something.
