Is Shea-Porter Running For Congress?

Michelle Obama - Carol Shea-WhoIt’s not supposed to be Press Release Day, but this one caught my eye. Carol SEIU-Porter is the Democrat candidate for the US House in NH district one who many years ago, showed up everywhere for everything to get elected to office. Now, I guess, she and her party just assume she is entitled to it because she doesn’t show up to anything.

Yesterday, Carol Shea-Porter declined an opportunity to debate with Bernie Sanders-inspired Shawn O’Connor and Republican Frank Guinta on Jack Heath’s WGIR Radio program in Manchester.

This is the third time in 10 days the former congresswoman has refused an opportunity to tell Granite Staters where she stands on highly important topics. On Monday, Shea-Porter skipped the Bi-State Primary Care Association’s Forum, and last week refused to accept Guinta’s challenge to allow all candidates to participate in upcoming debates.

As I was tweeting in response to the above (because we all know that every Democrat wants the kind of laws that make Chicagoland one of the deadliest places on the planet) a hashtag popped into my head to describe the progressive gun control zombies.

Covering for “Horrible on Health Care” Hassan

hassanhighestbidderSylvia Kennedy, MD has been supporting Democrat campaigns with her cash for decades (she was part of Doctors for Dean in 2003) and from her soap box for almost as long. Today she has a letter to the editor in the Eagle Tribune apeing the”Maggie Hassan is the champion of family health care and Kelly Ayotte is not” because “Abortion” narrative.

And hey, Maggie supported a federal expansion of Medicaid in New Hampshire, so there. Huzzah!

In reality, Maggie’s record on “Health Care” (outside the left-wing Kool-Aid® drinking killing babies and creating dependency is compassion crowd) is a disaster.

Overthrowing the Age-Old Institution of Property Rights

The most formidable enemies of property rights are formidable precisely because they know better than to separate the issue of property rights from the issue of other freedoms, including freedom of conscience and religious liberty. They know better because they see that human beings are an odd integrity of souls and body. Marx is clear-sighted about … Read more
