“…storing and entering into a searchable database sensitive intelligence on U.S. citizens whose communications are accidentally or “incidentally” captured during surveillance of foreign targets.”

Yes We Scan became one of many Obama scandals over the years and just happens to be the starting point for an escapade that includes the DNC, intelligence agents, complicit media, foreign intelligence officials, lobbyists, industrialists, WikiLeaks, the Clinton Foundation, and yes, Russia.

Virginia Delegate Nick Freitas owned the internet with a floor speech last week that had Democrats fuming. Let’s call it an honest debate about having an honest debate about violence.

Democrats don’t want one of those, and they don’t like it when they are told so to their faces.

“If you’re wanting the other reason why we can’t have an honest debate about this one is because, quite frankly, I don’t think any of us, on this side of the aisle, believe you when you say that’s all you want to do. It will be bump stocks, it will be background checks, it will be a different kind of background checks that register the guns… Then, after that, it will be ‘We need to ban assault weapons.’

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments last week in Janus v. American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. What’s at stake?

The case concerns Mark Janus, a child-care specialist for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, who refuses to join the union. Nonetheless, by state law, Janus is forced to pay “agency fees” to AFSCME. 

The ability of unions to require mandatory dues or fees. And all signs point toward the unions losing this fight.
