New Hampshire Secretary of State Confused About Voter Fraud, Laws, Words, Election Integrity

The lunacy involving NH permitting illegal, out-of-state voting which has continued because there seems to be a complete misunderstanding of how laws work, and what words mean. I can’t even begin to imagine how people in charge of New Hampshire’s election laws read a court case. There is solid proof they only accept parts of decisions.

Here is an article former newspaper reporter Drew Cline wrote which includes some interesting observations of our election laws – by Secretary of State William Gardner. He claims our election laws permit illegal voting – which is hard to comprehend.  The article: September 24. 2014 8:57 PM.

Picking “Internet” Nits…

They are penetrating the bureaucracy
They are penetrating the bureaucracy!

A legislative committee met to iron out a remedy to the Wayfair Decision. That Supreme Court ruling could require New Hampshire businesses to collect and remit taxes for other states. No one, regardless of party, seems to want that at least and until New Hampshire Democrats find a way to institute a tax they could then try to make other state’s collect.

We’re not there yet and hopefully never will be, but that’s not even why I’m writing this.

Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter Grasps in Desperation for Relevance Before Retiring

Michelle Obama - Carol Shea-WhoCongress has plenty of vestigial structures but were any of them ever as useless as “retiring” lame-duck congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter?

She not only did nothing to protect our children from the national debt she played a part in doubling it. The government not only got further into our bedrooms under her watch they stormed into our doctor’s offices as well. Her commitment to the environment and green energy saw billions shuffled off to cronies or just flushed down the drain through waste fraud and abuse.

Did she do anything useful?

While NH Democrats Fight for 15 D.C. Dems Vote To Dump It for Tipped Workers

waitressNew Hampshire Gubernatorial candidates Steve Marchand and Molly Kelly are both dedicated Democrats with designs on using government to limit your potential for prosperity. They both support a New Hampshire minimum wage of $15.00/hour; which we know will result in job losses and less monthly income for the very people they claim to want to help.

Nothing new about that. But this is new.

Sullivan County Democrat Commissioner “Accidentally” Running for Re-Election as a Republican

Sullivan County CommissionersThis September Republican Primary voters in Sullivan County have to choose between an actual Republican (Jeremy Herrell) and a Democrat (Jeffrey Barrette) who is “accidentally” registered as a Republican in their primary. I kid you not.

Barrette who appears on the Sullivan County Commissioners Page as a “Democrat” (pictured far left) is a Democrat but he says he changed his affiliation to ‘undeclared’ before the 2016 Presidential primary and just forgot to change it back.

Grok Poll Results – Net Neutrality Apocalypse?

The question was “has ending Net Neutrality Has Had A Measurable Impact?” I think the biggest take away from this GrokPoll is that no one really cared. The second takeaway was that those that did answer were unaffected by the repeal of Net Neutrality rules with some affected only by people whining about what effect it … Read more

House Democrats Should Change “Mid-Term Slogan” to ‘We Hate You’

Democrat Party Logo 2015A year ago Congressional Democrats rolled out a tagline for the upcoming midterms. ‘A Better Deal.’ For who? In New Hampshire, if we believe the Democrats around here, that amounts to higher taxes and more regulations. So it’s a better deal for Democrats, lobbyists, and special interests who benefit from higher taxes and bigger government.

Seeing as all those things will come at your expense, it’s never going to be a better deal for you, even if you sign up on one of the victim-class club lists posted by the gate, outside the walled pavilion where the progressive slogan-writers and liberal luminaries do the people’s work.

Mueller Finally Indicts Some Russians Who Won’t Send Lawyers To Demand Discovery

Russians getting to you, Bob?

Back in March, the House Intelligence Committee issued a “Report On Russian Active Measures,” to the intelligence community. Their findings were ignored or mocked by the media and Democrats. But as Mr. Trump was preparing to meet Mr. Putin, Bob Mueller publicly announced the indictment of 12 Russian military intelligence officials. Big news claims the media and Democrats. Big news.

Except that it is based on a report the Republican Majority House Intelligence committee released back in March to boos and cat-calls from those applauding Mueller today.

Established A Presence??

voterfraudWhat is the most important qualification for voting in the State of New Hampshire? This puzzle has “confused” people for decades. One qualification is being 18 years of age – but then again – lots of people are 18 years of age.

So, there must be something else that would set a group of people above the age of 18 apart from all others when it comes to voting in our state.

Let’s check the first two most important sentences in Part 1 Article 11 of our State Constitution when it comes to voting:

Liberal State’s Sue Because Trump Won’t Let Them “Milk” You To Pay for Their Spending

Milking Federal TaxpayersNew York, Maryland, Connecticut, and New Jersey are suing the federal government over tax Reform. The suit seeks to overturn the new 10,000.00 dollar limit on Federal deductions for State and Local Taxes. New York Governor Cuomo claims that,

“The federal government is hell-bent on using New York as a piggy bank to pay for corporate tax cuts and I will not stand for it,” said Andrew Cuomo, New York’s Democratic governor.

He’s got it exactly backward.

The Marchand & Molly Show Got Nothing to Say About Record NH Employment

Marchand and MollyLast month we reported on New Hampshire breaking new ground on both employment and labor participation in May. June was even better.

Seasonally adjusted estimates for June 2018 placed the number of employed residents at 735,730, an increase of 2,540 from the previous month and an increase of 9,020 from June 2017.

I can’t seem to find any comment from Democrat Gubernatorial candidates Steve Marchand or Molly Kelly about this continued climb into record employment and robust labor force participation absent their apothecary’s inventory of socialist curatives.

Nashua Didn’t See its “Housing Crisis” Cuz it Was Hiding Behind “The Rail Study”

nashuacityhallCapistrano has the swallows, and Nashua, New Hampshire has the rail study. Every legislative ‘season’ the transportation doyens staff up the winery so they can wail like banshees about rail-study money. We need 4-million dollars for another rail study. It’s always four million.

Since the same people will “study” rail with the same preconceived outcomes as every previous study (report, recommendation, guideline, etc) I’d be happy to save them a small fortune and provide reams of analysis on the subject if they send me a new unpackaged thumb drive and pay the cost of labor to populate it.

Democrat “Living Wage” Continues to Wipe Out Trendy Restaurant Scene That Can’t Afford It.

Portsmouth restaurantEmployees and employers have this thing they do where they agree to the value of any given individual contribution to an operation. Left to its own devices the job market and the free market will find parity not just in costs but prices.

It’s a beautiful thing and it works. But Democrats can’t leave anything alone.

They are obsessed with using the government to meddle. Intrusions that result in outcomes opposite to those advertised.

Free Speech Win! IRS Will No Longer Require Certain Donor Lists Up Front

IRS-BuildingSwamp Rats inside the IRS can’t leak what they don’t have. And thanks to a new rule the IRS will no longer be collecting personal donor data upfront from organizations that include (for our triggered progressive “friends”) unions and Planned Parenthood.

The Treasury Department said the policy change will maintain donor disclosure requirements for traditional charity groups organized under section 501(c)(3) of tax law. But it frees labor unions, advocacy groups, veterans organizations and other nonprofits such as Planned Parenthood that do not receive tax-exempt money from complying with the decades-old confidential disclosure requirements.

Appellate Court Slaps Down University for “cavalier attitude toward petitioner’s due process rights”

UBMy interest in this decision is two-fold. First, no small amount of effort has been expended on these pages to highlight the abuse of rights on college campuses or the culture that facilitates it. Second, I attended the University of Buffalo, which was just dope-slapped by a New York State Appellate Court for its banana-republic-like judgment against a student.

In response to their disciplinary process, the court said,
