No, it is NOT that “they should not be able to buy a gun” – Annie Kuster is just the latest to be quoted saying it.  Certainly, Kelly Ayotte has been saying it (but Jeanne Shaheen thinks we’re all bad for buying guns and have ill intent). All these self-adoring, pandering, power-hungry “that Constitutional thingie is just dried parchment” control freaks are doing is using the most horrific terrorist acts in recent history (9/11).

And Kelly Ayotte, former NH Attorney General and one that is supposed to know about Rights, has gone full Monty on Collin’s no-due-process-before-but-you-can-petition-a-judge-afterwards law that goes after guns instead the true enemy – Islamic Jihadis. A bureaucrat can take away your Second Amendment Right simply by deeming you “suspicious” – no charges, no evidence, no habeas corpus, no judge, no jury and no law.

Just a bureaucrat “and a pen”.  THIS should make us ALL very nervous knowing that the Feds are metricing their agents to put people on that list (reformatted, emphasis mine):

Hudson, NH, June 23, 2016 — Jim Lawrence today called out Congresswoman Kuster on her willingness to put political posturing over the people of the Second Distict. In the last 24 hours Congresswoman Kuster not only joined the Democrats for their political theater “sit-in” on the house floor, but she then also took the opportunity to collect names for fundraising.

Jim released the following statement on the matter:

“What happened in Orlando was a horrific act of terror. Unfortunately, the citizens of New Hampshire are no safer now then they were when Ann Kuster came to Washington. Instead of working for the people of the Second Congressional District, the Congresswoman prefers acts of political theater. What a snob – typical Leftist MSMer who believes that HE has free speech but no one else does?  Once again, we see little tolerance in the news bureau (who 90-95% vote and give campaign donations strictly to Democrats) and reinforcement that the MSM is slanted in both its outlook and actions. “Mr.” Pierce of The Citizen was some unhappy when he read an email from Flanagan (similar to what Jim Lawrence put out) taking Annie Kuster to the woodshed over her “sit-in / Publicity stunt (reformatted, emphasis mine):

Please remove our newspaper from your mailing list immediately.  If this is how Mr. Flanagan is launching his campaign, I seriously recommend some self-reflection. I believe the issue deserves an up and down vote and can’t fault Rep. Kuster for standing up (or sitting down) for something she believes in. Sort of like not giving an up and down vote to the Supreme Court nominee…burying your head in the sand and hoping it will go away, right?

She lives in an echo chamber of her own mind design.  And no, it isn’t as “easy” as she makes it seem if you are buying a gun at retail – there’s NICS plus whatever else an individual State has for its gun laws.   Trust me, if she were to come and talk to the folks that, you know, actually shoot, she’d get a schooling in what’s what.  Like f’instance “Freedom is“.  Simple, that.  Freedom is just that – Freedom; it needs nor requires any explanation or justification (she hates that, btw).  The ability to live without the intrusion and interference from Government snooty noses / busybodies / Holier than thou’s that all have that Progressive “tell” (or tick, your choice) that says “I say you don’t need that”.  Freedom is the ability to tell someone – I don’t HAVE to “need” and you don’t get to tell me otherwise.  Especially when it is a Constitutional Right.  Folks like her have no consideration that my pursuit of Happiness (and real word there should be Property). But that’s what Progressives are – you are only allowed Freedom that we allow that we have determined that will “evolve” you to their idea of a Utopian resident. Here in NH, Article 2-A says it far better than the Second Amendment:

[Art.] 2-a. [The Bearing of Arms.] All persons have the right to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves, their families, their property and the state.

Words have meanings – certain meanings.  In my understanding, Article 2-A says exactly what the 2nd Amendment  means and far plainer so that the civilian disarmament lobby can’t twist things (never saying that at the time of its writing, for instance, that the “milita” is ALL of us). I’m certainly not an absolutist but given what Kelly Ayotte said tonight on the US Senate Floor, I do wonder what the rest of the Second Amendment supporters are going to do come November

So the US Attorney General Loretta Lynch said they were going to put out “partial” transcripts of the calls that the Orlando Muslim Jihadist made to 911 – but only partial so as not to further his propaganda (paraphrased).  Well, bless her heart, of course we knew what was coming because she said something BEFORE she mentioned the transcripts – and it all came down to what she called him on Meet The Press ( transcript via RedState). Targeting Conservative and TEA Party style groups were stonewalled, derailed and otherwise afflicted by a politically weaponized Department of Internal Revenue led by the actions of Lois Lerner (who had done similar things while at the Federal Election Commission).  Up to 426 different groups filed up for tax exempt status and were spit on by US Government bureaucrats simply because these group dissented from the President’s Progressive values – ones that these bureaucrats heartily agreed with and supported. Koskinen was not at the helm when this started but was when hard disks started to mysteriously crash left and right far above what regular MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) stats would posit and mag tapes started to lose their magnetic bits’ magnetic orientation (“erasing the tapes”). That is against the law and was done over and over and the IRS lied repeatedly.  If you are the head of those that do this, you should take responsibility.  Not to mention the snark and contempt he held both us (the general public) and those elected to oversee his department (both House and Senate) during hearings.  He lied.

I agree. WE are our own First Responders and we should not outsource our own safety and security to hired help (even as good and fearless as they are, running to the sound of gun shots) – that is what the Second Amendment is about (albeit, in part).  Bataclan, the Chechen school a few years back, San Bernadino, and now Orlando (among others).  Each and every time, a gun free zone.
