If you’ve been waiting patiently for someone to pay for all the corruption at Obama’s FBI, we’re getting close. The original interview notes from the FBI’s meeting with Gen. Michael Flynn do not match the 302’s (the formal record of those notes used to prosecute him).
On Thursday, [Gen Flynn’s Lawyer, Sidney] Powell submitted a new court filing in which she accuses high ranking FBI officials of orchestrating an ambush-interview on Michael Flynn, “not for the purpose of discovering any evidence of criminal activity – they already had tapes of all the relevant conversations about which they questioned Mr. Flynn – but for the purposes of trapping him into making statement they could allege as false.”
The entire Russia-gate investigation resulted in a handful of process crimes. That’s when the FBI interviews you. Asks a question to which they know the answer, and you can’t repeat it verbatim. They then accuse you of lying to them, which is a crime. Then push you to plead and call it a win for justice.
In the case of Gen. Flynn, he worked for Obama, they didn’t like him much, and he knew things. So, when Trump picked him to work in his White House, they had to take him out and shut him up. They had a plan and executed. They convinced him to chat without a lawyer present. Then later accused him of lying.
This is the justice department, people. “Justice,” under the watchful eye of liberal partisans.
The media worked the storyline to smear Trump. But Flynn’s lawyer is digging deep into the swamp. And it has become clear that the FBI created a crime with which to accuse the General. Made sure the ‘evidence’ supported the accusation. They leaked it to the press, which created the pressure that forced him to resign.
They sold this as proof of guilt. But,
- It appears as if the FBI were attempting to…(c)reate a crime for the sole purpose of prosecuting and punishing it.
- There is evidence the FBI manipulated the 302’s.
- ONA Director Col. James Baker (allegedly) leaked the transcript of Flynn’s calls to Washington Post reporter David Ignatius (which is a felony).
- That James Clapper called Ignatius on or before January 10, 2017 and said “words to the effect of ‘Take the kill shot on Flynn.’”
- A text between Page and Strzok supports the point that the FBI edited Flynn’s 302s
- The FBI and DOJ are likely hiding exculpatory evidence.
There are multiple felonies in that list. All to frame General Flynn to support the narrative of Russian collusion to elect Trump – which is adding anxiety on the Left.
They’ve suddenly decided they’re not such big fans of investigations that appear partisan. Not that it has stopped them from continuing to engage in an unethical and unofficial inquiry into the potential impeachment of Donald Trump for media headlines.
The swampy swamp is deep. Cleaning up even a small corner of it would always be a long and drawn-out event. But if the first corner to get drained is the FBI and the DOJ, that’s not good news for Hunter Biden, Lunchbox Joe, Crooked Hillary, or all the inmates who will have to listen to Barack Obama talk about himself for 7-10.
No, I doubt any high-profile politicians will go to jail for this. But if one or more of these craven self-interested liberal tools will broker a deal, our patience shall be rewarded.
Because these are all the same players in the Russian-collusion, Steele Dossier, Mueller fantasy, and if they go down for this, everything they touched becomes suspect. And they touched everything.
